Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@holdhergear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, they will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards and sale/discounted items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law. The product must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
